Sometimes you may feel like working from your bed and staying in your pyjamas. However, after a couple of hours it will make you feel low. Therefore, push yourself to get showered and dressed. This will raise your perception of yourself and transfer your feelings from negative to positive. When attending a meeting or photoshoot that induces nerves put on your favourite outfit and style your face and hair. Trying to copy others or putting yourself down will actually make you feel less confident as you&#8217;re trying to be someone you&#8217;re not.<\/p>\n<p>Always remember posts on social media including supermodels are an edited version of themselves. The bad days are rarely documented. So, avoid looking at posts and wishing your life was as rosy as theres because trust us, they will have low self esteem days too. With experience and time you will start to enjoy modelling jobs building confidence. A little bit of nerves is a good thing to avoid becoming too complacent. However, the more catwalk shows you walk in at New York and London Fashion Week the more self assured you will become. First times are always scary.
